Program description

The Rain Gutter Rescue text-messaging program sends service-related messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include quote delivery and follow-up, scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notifications, and service updates. Messages are sent from (385) 331-4342.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the optional SMS-consent checkbox on our quote request form. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Rain Gutter Rescue at the phone number you provide.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out & help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (385) 331-4342. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (385) 331-4342.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
